Refund policy

Our heirloom/vintage collection and gift certificates are non-refundable. If an item arrives damaged, you are responsible to file a claim with the USPS yourself. See information above under shipping info. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible to pay for an additional second shipping fee to the correct address.

Shipping policy

Orders within the US
We offer free shipping within the United States and Canada.
Our base shipping rate is Priority Mail via the USPS and includes Insurance. We ship all orders within 3 business days and arrival dates can vary from 3-10 days. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit via USPS. You will need to file a claim with the USPS at this link: if your item does not arrive, you can track your package here & file an missing mail search : . We do not refund any shipping on any lost or damaged shipment from the USPS.

International Shipping
Our base shipping rate is Priority Mail via the USPS. You can chose to purchase additional insurance upon check out. We ship all orders within 3 business days. Arrival time can be 7-21 days but some countries may take longer. Priority Mail International provides tracking to some destinations in Asia, Canada, and Europe. Tracking information is not provided to all countries. We are only able to provide info that is supplied via the US Post office. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in shipping. If items arrived damaged or lost, you are responsible to file a claim at your postal office in your own country. You are responsible to pay for any customs or import duties on the product levied by your receiving country. If your package is returned to us because you did not pay the customs duty on the package, we will have to return the item to our collection and charge you a 25% restocking fee.

There is No refund on any shipping or insurance fees charged. If the box has to be resent to you, you will be responsible for a second shipping and insurance fee and will be notified via email.
